Give your blog Title and your blog URL like 'myblog' so your blog address will be http://myblog.blogspot.com
Choose your template as you like (if you want to change the skin, be sure to choose CUSTOM TEMPLATE, later I will teach you to place something like your banner in the index
Then you will bring to “START POSTING” for new posting.
But wait, be sure your posting in English cause Google will not approve your sign if not in English Version

Would you like to have a single account for all Google services?
You can use your existing Google account email address and password for AdSense as well. Or you can choose new ones just for AdSense.
1. I’d like to use my existing Google account for AdSense.
2. I’d like to choose a new login name and password just for AdSense.
Then, when login form appear, make sure you use your username and password same as your Blogger username and password.
You have finished all your join. Just wait for few days, Google team will process your request. Sometimes it takes 3 days or 1 week. They will send you an email about your request.
